Ryanne loves to help cook. We made a yummy fish dish the other night.
Went to Target and cleaned out their squirt gun section. Then had some friends over to beat the heat.
Did a little hiking in Oak Glen and then had a picnic at the park up there.
I love living where we do because there is endless things to do.

Thinking of you. Had a wacky week too can't eat any meat and was super out of sorts. DR said I am a little too wound up..Ah ok! Like that is an answer think I will go and meditate for a while. But then God sent a verse saying how He watches over our comings and goings and I know that it was a sign that really it is all in His control. Hang in there and please come play with us at the beach next time :)
