Dancers feet.......

Ryanne and Dan heading out for a run.......

Last weekend we had a married life dinner cruise on John Waynes old yacht.....

My most handsome date......

If you haven't figured it out by now, I LOVE BEING ON THE OCEAN. On a boat to be exact. The weather was so AMAZING that night! I was hanging out the window taking it all in like a little kid. I seriously could live on a boat. I feel like a kid at Christmas when it pulls away from shore. Just waiting to see what kinds of adventures you will have. Yahooo!!

Our friends John & Tammy who help us with the marriage ministry and they are also our vacation buddies. They love being on boats as much as we do.

We had 60 couples on board...sold out event which was super fun. Everyone was so relaxed and just had a good time. The food was great, the sunset breathtaking and Pastor Bill Welsh rocked as our speaker. He reminded us why marriage is so AWESOME! And why being different from your spouse is a blessing. Different is good, allowing us to step outside ourselves and help to bring out Gods best in the other person. Now that's exciting!

We went with simple decorations because with a view of the bay as you sail through the harbor what more do you really need right? I put some weathered fishing net down the middle of the table and wrapped mason jars with burlap and glued sea shells on the front. Then we stamped blue anchors on the front of muslin bags and filled them with salt water taffy. Ta-da! Now I am off and running planning the Christmas dinner for the beginning of December.
